OFFE NEWS
UPDATED: January 2013
Note: ON MARCH 9, 2008, the peaceful and non-violent "Veterans
Revolution" was established to bring an end to the rampant mismanagement,
malfeasance and misappropriation of Veterans property at the Los Angeles
National Veterans Home, aka the VA Greater West Los Angeles Healthcare
System, and to stop the abuse and maltreatment of our fellow Veterans
who are disabled, disadvantaged and homeless. Read more information about
the Veterans Revolution.
257th Consecutive Sunday Rally of the Veterans Revolution
Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans,
Tomorrow (1/20/13) is the 257th consecutive Sunday Rally of the Veterans
Revolution to "Save Our Veterans Land" and to "Bring Our Homeless
Veterans HOME." We have been fighting the enemy for nearly five years.
The enemy is the second largest bureaucracy in federal government coupled
with one of the most powerful political machines in the nation, and backed
up by one of the most wealthy, powerful and influential homeowners associations
in the nation.
Through it all, the Old Veterans Guard has been assaulted, insulted, criminally
threatened, harassed, intimidated, lied to and lied about, spied upon,
issued false arrest citations that included a false arrest warrant, victims
of falsified police reports, falsifiied evidence and falsified testimony,
violation of our Right to Free Speech, etc., and we're still standing
strong on behalf of 20,000 disabled and homeless Veterans.
The OVG has made enormous progress for this noble cause while the weak
ride on our success and hide behind closed doors making secret deals with
the enemy that only weakens the safety and future of 20,000 homeless Veterans.
Playing it safe is playing to lose it all. Risking it all is risking to
save it all, and the OVG has risked it all because our Mission is to save
every square inch of this sacred land and not surrender any of it to the
enemy and to build the finest National Veterans Home for America's finest
defenders of freedom and democracy.
Where do you stand? With the weak or the strong? With the OVG or the enemy?
Show up tomorrow, 1:00 - 4:00 PM, Northeast corner of Wilshire and San
Vicente Boulevards, west of the 405 Freeway, outside the gates to the
largest VA in the nation.
God Bless America and the Veterans Revolution!
In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the
silence of our friends. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

245th consecutive Sunday Rally of the Veterans Revolution
Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans, today (11/4/2012) is the 245th
consecutive Sunday Rally of the Veterans
Revolution to "Save Our Veterans Land" and to "Bring Our Homeless
Veterans HOME."
The reason we've had to protest on behalf of disabled and disadvantages
Veterans who are homeless is because their sacred land and housing facilities
are essentially given away for non-veteran use since there is no accountability
for the revenue generated.
As part of our protest after hanging the American Flag with the Union
up for 66 Sundays, we hung the American Flag with the Union down, which
is an internationally recognized symbol of distress that “life and property
are in extreme danger,” and in full compliance with Section 8 (a) of the
U.S. Flag Code. As a result, I received six false arrest citations by
the VA police.
Not only were all fabricated arrest citations dismissed in U.S. Court,
but I won a Federal Lawsuit against Donna Beiter, the VA's executive director
and her chief of police for violating my Constitutional Right to Free
Speech.
Beiter, who is not a Veteran, is still the executive director of the largest
VA in the nation pulling down a six-figure salary and in full violation
of her Oath of Office to support and defend the U.S. Constitution.
Congressman Henry Waxman and Senator Dianne Feinstein, neither are Veterans,
were respectfully requested to intervene and demand that VA Secretary
Shinseki terminate her from federal employment. They refused and both
are now in full violation of their own Oath of Office.
Waxman has been in Congress for 38 years and Feinstein has been in the
Senate for 20 years and both have been seriously negligent in their duties
and responsibilities to take care of our disabled and homeless Veterans
and to protect their legally deeded National Veterans Home.
Instead, both Waxman and Feinstein support a public park along with transferring
Veterans property north of Wilshire over to the Department of Interior
and National Parks Services for a tourist attraction while 20,000 disabled
and disadvantaged Veterans have been exiled and forced to live homeless
and hungry in back-alley squalor. Both are a disgrace!
Show up today and protest against the VA, and more importantly against
Henry Waxman and Dianne Feinstein who must be voted out of office.
Vote for new leadership for our Veterans .... vote for Bill Bloomfield
for 33rd Congressional District and Elizabeth Emken for U.S. Senate -
1:00 - 4:00 PM - Northeast Corner of Wilshire & San Vicente Boulevards.
Today's Rally is Dedicated to Steve Palmer, World War II Veteran (1923-2011)
God Bless America and the Veterans Revolution!
