I’m Gene Simes, a Senior Combat Disabled American Veteran, and OPERATION FIRING FOR EFFECT, INC. (OFFE) National Chairman. I need your help to continue working for the rights, benefits, and services our veterans need. For the past two decades a small number of our loyal supporters have funded our operations out of their own pocket. For the longest time OFFE has been unselfishly helping other veterans to right the wrongs which have been unduly place on them. Up until now OFFE and our volunteers have been using their own personal funds to help these veterans who are in serious need of assistance. Unfortunately at this time, with the increase of issues concerning our Veterans and those now serving, we must depend on the financial generosity of others to continue our efforts. Our mission statement below will explain clearly what our golds are.

OFFE MISSION STATEMENT:

  • Draw public awareness and media attention to serious problems facing our former military personnel and their families.
  • Send a message to our Congress and Senate demanding Veterans Affairs issues take precedence over special interest issues.
  • Convey the message to our deployed troops that we support them and they can count on us to fight for the protection of their earned benefits and services.
  • Improve the State of Veterans Affairs in this country in an effort to increase enlistment and improve retention in the U.S. military.
  • Provide our former military personnel and their families a voice in matters that affect them. ?
  • Send a message to our Congress and Senate demanding Veterans Affairs issues take precedence over special interest issues.

This is why I am asking for your donation. OFFE is growing rapidly and we now have representatives in 22 states. OFFE makes routine trips to Washington, DC lobbying for veteran’s issues. 100% of your donations will go entirely towards improving and protecting the services, benefits, and entitlements earned by our veterans and their families.
