California Ballot Initiative Petition

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Each ‘Petition Unit’ consists of one sheet of 8.5” X 11” paper printed on both sides. Two sheets of paper WILL NOT be accepted, and those signatures collected in that manner WILL NOT be counted in the final tally.

  1. Each Petition Unit must contain signatures of registered voters in the same county. DO NOT MIX SIGNATURES FROM DIFFERENT COUNTIES ON ONE PETITION UNIT!
  1. Volunteer signature gatherers DO NOT have to be residents of the county they are collecting signatures in, however, volunteers do need to be either a registered voter in California, or eligible to register to vote in California.
  1. All petition signatures must be mailed and received no later than April 30, 2008. Send ALL  petitions to; OFFE California Director of Operations, Rusty Rustan, P.O. BOX 668, Sunset Beach Ca 90742. For more information, call; (949)705-7009, or (315)986-7322
