The mission with one voice as we stand together
I am Barbara
Ann Wright, Secretary of Operation Firing for
Effect. I am living with a Korea Cold War
Veteran who for 42 years has been fighting for
his benefits. I was put in the position of
Secretary because I write letters that people
read, bottom line. For the past 5 years I
have been actively searching for Joe's military service records. The list of places I have FOIA'd reaches from Oregon to
Virginia and back again without success. Along the way however I have developed a network of other veteran advocates and Government employees that I can call upon when I need help. I live in Pendleton, region which is the rural part of the state and I know the needs of rural Veterans. My area of research expertise is Cold War Korea but I am willing to write FOIA letters for anyone.
